Sound Bites
- "My mission now is to work with people who are willing to heal themselves in a deeper level than just physicality and really working on healing their nervous system."
- "Healing the nervous system is not a simple fix, but it can be done with consistency."
- "I've been on my own for quite a bit and my childhood was just very tumultuous altogether. There was a lot more bad than good, even though now I'm really trying to look at only the good."
- "If someone's trying to get you to provide a service for them for no cost or vice versa, I would say that's probably a red flag for sure."
- "Don't second-guess that if someone's like, oh, well, they're such a good person and it's someone you trust and it's like, well, oh, I didn't feel that but maybe I should because they know more than I do somehow. It's just like lack of self-trust. If the vibe is off, goodbye."
- "If you get a tarot reading and you feel scared or if someone has given you like really bad energy or this is coming to you in a negative way, that is not what tarot is about at all."

Hi, I’m Gabrielle! I’m a yoga teacher (E-500 CYT) trainer, and traveler. I’m almost to my 10,000 teaching hour mark, and my passion for yoga intensifies with every hour taught. Yoga changed my life after having emergency, life saving brain surgery at 14. Yoga showed me there’s no right way to navigate life, and that my practice doesn’t need to look like your practice. The individuality and self understanding yoga can create is what I aim to teach in every practice. Yoga has challenged me to embrace my differences, and honor my body - because it fought almost to the death to keep me alive. You are worth thriving for. All my love, Gabrielle. My yoga studio is located in Granbury, TX: Metamorphic Movement Yoga School & Studio.
